Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, William Devine (arrived 6:20 p.m.) Scott Minnick, John Tuttle and Susan Weintraub. Also present were Interim Town Manager, Robert Drewry, Police Chief Matthew Reimondo and Attorney Elliott Spector.
Not present: Thomas Cordeiro and Christopher Goff
Chairperson Engel called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Minnick, seconded by Mr. Tuttle, to enter Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. to discuss pending litigation – Clark vs. Town of East Hampton et al. Mr. Drewry, Chief Reimondo and Attorney Elliott Spector were present in Executive Session.
The Council exited Executive Session at 6:45 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Minnick, seconded by Mr. Tuttle, to adjourn at 6:46 p.m. Voted (5-0).
